A hearing test is pain free, non-invasive, and takes about 45 minutes but each client is treated individually, if you need more time it is yours. Full counselling following your assessment will help you to understand your hearing loss, and what options you have in terms of medical followup and/or hearing aids, as well as management strategies for better communication. We can book an appointment for you usually within 48 hours of your call.
Follow-Up
We stand behind the products we sell 100%. Once you have been fitted with your hearing aids you will be booked for follow up service, and we promise to work with you as often as is necessary for you them to achieve full satisfaction at no extra charge.
