Otarion offers a wide variety of services to their clients, from hearing tests to hearing aid cleaning.
Our facilities are street level accessible, and we have a large parking lot.
There are also ramp facilities for wheelchair patients.

Our hearing assessments are performed by fully trained, competent specialists to determine the extent of your hearing loss and the hearing aids you will require.
Tests are often done while the hearing aid is in place to provide maximum efficiency between the device and its user.
After your test has been completed, a member of our staff will sit down with you and discuss the results.
All testing done at Otarion is completely painless.
Assistive listening devices are available. These include:
flash lights for those who do not hear the telephone, doorbell, baby's cry, etc.
TDD telephones and TDD answering phones for the deaf.
pillow and mattress vibrators to awaken those who cannot hear the wake-up alarm.
special cordless headsets to let you hear the TV clearly.
We have batteries for all makes of hearing aids.
Batteries are available by mail order.

Hearing aids for those with special needs are available with automatic volume control, removal handles, retainer clips, and many other features.
Even people without hearing problems can benefit from the products offered by Otarion.
We make ear plugs, noise breakers, musicians ear plugs, and swim plugs.
Custom canal hearing aids that are almost impossible to see are available.
Also, conventional all-in-the-ear and behind-the-ear hearing aids are available.
